Acceptable Use Policy

Before you can upload, you must confirm on-screen that you are the person in the photos or that you have their explicit permission to use them.

Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in a generated video. If you are uploading someone else, you need their clear permission first.

Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, of anyone who has not consented, or of public figures you are not authorised to use.

Deepfakes and impersonation of real people — including celebrities, politicians and other public figures — and any non-consensual depiction of a real person, including fake statements, fake endorsements, and footage presented as real that is not.

Nude, sexual or suggestive content of any kind.

Any content involving minors, sexualised or not.

Copyrighted characters, brand names, logos and trademarks you do not own or license.

Violence, gore, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes illegal activity.

Content that encourages suicide or self-harm.

Every prompt is screened before generation, and any match is refused. We maintain that filter list and update it as new categories emerge.

Do not try to bypass screening, and do not use the tool to reconstruct a recognisable person you do not have permission to depict.

We screen prompts and inputs before generation, and we may refuse or stop a generation that appears to break this policy. When a generation fails or is refused, your credits for that generation are returned.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach.
