Delete My Data

Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your profile and your generated videos.

Uploaded photos are not kept after your video is rendered, so there is nothing further to delete.

Generated videos are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. You can also delete an individual video from your workspace at any time.

If you cannot sign in, or want a written confirmation of deletion, email support@hotellobbyaivideo.dev from the address on your account and we will handle it manually.
