These terms govern your use of Hotel Lobby AI Video. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.
What the service does
Hotel Lobby AI Video generates a short, fixed-length "duet" video from two photos you upload and a template you select. Generation is asynchronous and may take several minutes.
Your responsibilities
You must own the photos you upload, or have the permission of everyone shown in them. Do not upload photos of people who have not consented.
You must be old enough to consent to appearing in a generated video in your jurisdiction, and you must not create content that misrepresents a real person in a harmful or defamatory way.
You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you share it.
Credits and payment
Generating a video consumes prepaid credits. Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails for a reason within our control, we restore the credits to your balance.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Safety & Content Policy. Questions: support@hotellobbyaivideo.dev.
